September event - Susan Robinson speaking on health care and medical insurance reform The International Women's Association of Yakima (IWAY) is an organization of international and international-minded women living in the Yakima Valley. Formed in 2002, the club's members assist women from other countries to build friendships with women in the Yakima Valley and to support them in their transition to a successful life. The IWAY Club meets monthly from September through May for a monthly event or program. The programs vary from celebrations of a particular country's culture to talks on international issues and concerns and other topics of interest. Several months in the year are set aside for social events where foods from members' countries and stories of members' lives are shared.
